Participants of the program are able to take advantage of social activities, community service opportunities, and networking events as shown below.
The program concludes with an end-of-summer research symposium where scholars are able to present their projects to their mentors and various faculty members. Details from last year's symposium are highlighted below.
UCSP 2018 participant Rafal Mazur attended the 2019 Winter Symposium of American Society of Transplant Surgeons where he submitted a poster of his UCSP research project. Rafal was awarded a Distinction Award for Top Poster!
